What types of roles do you specialize in?
We focus on senior technology and product roles: engineering leaders, founding engineers, GTM partners, product managers, and specialized contractors. Whether you need a permanent hire or a fractional expert, we tailor every search to your stage, culture, and growth trajectory.
How long does a typical search take?
Most placements happen within 2.5 weeks of kickoff. We move fast because we work from a pre-built network, not by casting wide nets. For specialized or executive roles, expect a high-quality shortlist within 4 to 6 weeks.
What's your fee structure?
We work on a contingent or retained basis depending on the role and urgency. For permanent placements, fees are typically a percentage of first-year base. For contract roles, we charge a transparent margin on the contractor rate. Happy to walk through specifics on a call.
What happens after the hire is signed?
We don't disappear after the offer letter. We stay involved through onboarding, check in at 30, 60, and 90 days, and provide retention strategies. If something isn't working, we hear about it early, and we step in to fix it.
Do you offer a replacement guarantee?
Yes. If a hire we placed leaves or doesn't work out within the first 90 days, we run a free replacement search. Our placement rate is 95% and the vast majority of our hires are still at the company a year after start.
Do you work with companies outside the US?
Yes. We're global. We've placed talent across the US, UK, EU, and remote-first companies worldwide. Our network is international and we're comfortable navigating different markets, time zones, and hiring norms.
