ArkSeed (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates the website at arkseed.co. This page explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
What we collect
- Account information when you sign in: name, email address, profile photo (if provided via your authentication provider).
- Talent profile you choose to provide: headline, location, years of experience, LinkedIn URL, short bio, role preferences, resume document.
- Application records you create: which roles you apply to, your cover note, and a snapshot of your resume at the time of application.
- Basic technical information: your IP address, browser type, and pages visited, used to keep the site running and prevent abuse.
How we use it
- To match you with relevant open roles and pitch your profile to client companies hiring through us.
- To respond when you apply to a role or contact us directly.
- To operate, debug, and improve the site.
Sharing with client companies
When you apply to a role or we identify you as a strong fit, we share your profile and resume with the relevant client company. We never share your information without context, and we never sell your data.
Authentication
We use Google Sign-In and email magic links (powered by Supabase) for authentication. We receive your email address and basic profile from these providers; we do not receive your password.
Data storage
Your profile, resume, and application records are stored on infrastructure provided by Supabase. Resumes are stored in a private bucket accessible only to ArkSeed staff and to you. Database access is governed by row-level security policies.
Your rights
You can request a copy of, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing matthew@arkseed.co. We aim to respond within 7 days.
Cookies
We use a small number of strictly-necessary cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
